I agree with serving these light foods at the shower. Strong and overpowering smells can definitely trigger nausea in some women. I know that was true for me. You can also add some classics like deviled eggs and pigs in a blanket to the mix as well.

I wish there were pictures too to go along with the different foods you mentioned but it’s okay I guess. I like the sound of the melon bowl, except I wouldn ‘t put raisins maybe. Also definitely useful tips _. Anyway take care.
